Models and prototypes are manufactured at the own specially equipped Modelling Area, which allows to produce model tooling of any complexity and configuration. The Area has all necessary equipment operated by highly qualified specialists with vast work experience.

Models of any complexity are machined on CNC machines in whole or in part (for very large sizes) with subsequent gluing. With this technology you can see, «touch» the casting in a model, measure its walls. It is possible to extract the model from the mold.

Model tooling made of wood, MDF (medium density fiberboard), or modelling resins and machined on a CNC machine with the use of modern gluing materials, putties and model pastes allows to produce high-quality seamless models and molds.

To produce prototypes, we use professional materials of various density and machine them on the five-axis CNC machine.

Mecof DGT-2 is designated for scanning of models and machining of soft plastic products. It may also be used as a measuring machine providing measuring accuracy of 0.01 mm.
